  • At SW19 PILATES, I am passionate about inspiring people to connect their mind and body and move well. With 18 years of experience as a qualified teacher for both groups and individuals, I have honed my skills in helping others achieve their goals through the classes at The Wimbledon Club, one on ones at my home nearby/at client’s homes.

To make the process of learning Pilates easier and more enjoyable, I often use creative analogies. These analogies help my students better understand the movements and concepts, allowing them to incorporate Pilates principles into their daily lives.

By attending my classes, you can expect to restore your body’s core strength, improve your posture, enhance your mobility and stability, and move without experiencing pain. I teach a wide range of intelligent movements that are designed to benefit your body in a holistic manner.

Throughout my classes, I provide positive motivation and cater to the individual needs of each participant. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced practitioner, I tailor my teachings to ensure that each person can progress at their own pace while still feeling challenged.

The benefits of participating in my classes extend beyond physical transformation. By engaging in regular Pilates sessions, you will feel lighter, taller, calmer, and more confident. Pilates not only strengthens the body but also cultivates a deep mind-body connection, allowing you to approach your daily activities with greater ease and grace.

Some people say the real reason they keep coming is for the back massage in the relaxation session at the end of the class.

Join me at SW19 PILATES and let’s embark on a transformative journey together. Discover the power of Pilates and unlock your body’s full potential.
